Two routes, one payment lifecycle

  1. Merchant-led — a tenant applies on your site, you approve them with your own process, and you offer Pay with REVRST alongside your other methods. Your backend creates a checkout session with the approved contract context.
  2. REVRST-led — a user finds your listing in REVRST and deep-links to your site to apply. Attribution persists. After approval, the same checkout session is created.

Both routes end in the same place, which is why REVRST does not need to build a housing application system to be useful to you.

What stays yours

Application, eligibility, approval, inventory and the tenancy contract. REVRST does not approve tenants and does not become a party to the lease.

What you would need to provide

  • A genuine invoice or contract flow, with a responsible owner.
  • Recipient mapping, settlement destination and reference conventions.
  • Correction, cancellation and dispute procedures.
